1. Go to bed on time, that way they are well rested and ready to focus!

2. Have a healthy breakfast, so they have the fuel to stay on task!

3. Be on time, to ensure that they don’t feel rushed right off the bat!

4. Start the day on a positive note, ready to do their very best to succeed!
