Colorful puzzle ribbon as symbol autism awareness

The Autism Awareness Puzzle Ribbon is the most recognized symbol of the autism community in the world.  Autism affects one in every 59 children in America.  Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a complex developmental disability; signs typically appear during early childhood and affect a person’s ability to communicate and interact with others.  Services provided for children to be successful in life include early intervention, educational options, and speech and behavior therapies, all of which is available here at Ben Martin.  Please visit Autism Speaks to learn more, to find additional information and resources on how to get more involved.
